Staff use RewardLoop to scan the customer's pass and process the visit.
Step 1: Join in the browser
Customers scan your poster or RewardLoop link, then create the same secure RewardLoop account used by the app.
Step 2: Add the pass
They add their pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet straight away. The RewardLoop app is not required.
Step 3: Keep one account
Staff scan the pass on future visits. If the customer wants store discovery, progress, rewards, suggestions and notifications later, they sign into the app with the same account.

- For app customers, staff select the purchase and show a short-lived QR. For Wallet customers, staff scan the pass first and RewardLoop shows the purchase or available reward action.
