RewardLoop offers a comprehensive platform through its App and Website, facilitating the creation and management of loyalty reward schemes for participating stores. Users of the App can engage with various stores, accumulate points, and redeem rewards, while store owners utilise the Website to manage their accounts, subscriptions, and access relevant data.

2. Store Subscription and Services

Subscription: Store owners are required to maintain a subscription to feature their stores on the App. Subscriptions necessitate renewal to sustain store visibility.
Marketing Materials: Each store is entitled to receive an annual allocation of marketing materials, including posters and leaflets, to promote their loyalty reward schemes.
Training: RewardLoop offers training sessions upon request to facilitate store owners’ understanding and efficient utilisation of the App. The platform is intuitively designed for user-friendliness.
Data Access: Store owners gain access to data pertinent to their store’s activity through the Website.
Suggested Changes: Store owners can propose alterations to their store screens on the App, subject to applicable fees based on change complexity.
Suggestion Box: Users may anonymously submit feedback to specific stores through the “Suggestion Box” feature on the App. This feedback, strictly anonymous and timestamped, is accessible to the respective store owners on the Website.
Store Notifications: Store owners have the capability to send notifications to their loyal customers through the Website. However, users have the option to turn off notifications from a specific store if desired, ensuring users’ control over their notification preferences.

3. Customer Usage

Store Selection: Customers are required to log in and select a store to partake in its loyalty reward scheme.
Reward Redemption: Customers can accumulate points and redeem rewards offered by the selected store using the App.
Notification Management: Customers may receive notifications from selected stores through the Website. Users retain the autonomy to opt-out of notifications from specific stores, thereby managing their notification preferences effectively.
Feedback Submission: Utilising the “Suggestion Box” feature on the App, users can provide anonymous feedback to a specific store. This feedback mechanism facilitates seamless communication between customers and store owners.
Reward Details: Store owners are accountable for disseminating specific details or stipulations regarding rewards to their customers, ensuring transparency and clarity in reward redemption processes.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by users of the App and Website. By utilising the App or Website, users consent to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the App and Website are the exclusive property of RewardLoop LTD or its licensors. Unauthorised usage, modification, reproduction, or distribution of any content from the App or Website is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

RewardLoop LTD shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App or Website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content on the App or Website.

7. Modifications to Terms

RewardLoop LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any revisions to these Terms shall become effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the App or Website after the posting of revised Terms signifies acceptance of the changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
