Give customers with no previous RewardLoop purchase at your store some progress towards their first reward. Their first purchase that earns loyalty progress adds to it, then rewards continue as normal. It is included on Essential, Starter and Growth.

When your store, logo and reward details are ready, guided setup can take around five minutes. You can save and return at any time.
Setup is free. Your 30-day trial starts only when you go live, and monthly billing begins after the trial unless you cancel.
No. They can add a pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in their browser. The RewardLoop app is available when they want live progress, store discovery, reminders and suggestions.
No specialist loyalty hardware is required. Staff download RewardLoop onto a phone or front-of-house device they already use at the till. The app shows collection QRs and scans the QR on customer Wallet passes.
For app customers, staff select the purchase and the customer scans a short-lived QR. For Wallet customers, staff scan the pass and RewardLoop shows the relevant purchase or available reward action. Both update the same customer account without specialist loyalty hardware.
