Automatic reminders
Reward reminders run automatically
RewardLoop reminds customers on their Wallet card or in the app when they are close to a reward or have one ready. Their Wallet card can also remind regulars when they’re due back. Your news is written separately, in your dashboard.
Write a store update in your dashboard when you need to share an offer, launch or practical message. We check it before it goes out.
Nudge regular customers when they are near their next reward so they have a clear reason to return soon.
Prompt customers when a reward is waiting, helping convert earned progress into real repeat visits.
When a regular hasn’t visited for about as long as usual, their Wallet card gives them a friendly nudge to pop back. Choose the timing in Settings, or switch it off.
Custom announcements
Write your message in your dashboard: a short title and up to 140 characters. We check every message before it goes out, and nothing sends between 9pm and 8am.

- Use for practical store updates when timing matters.
- Essential includes 1 custom announcement per calendar month. Starter and Growth have no monthly announcement limit (up to one a day).
Automatic reward reminders
RewardLoop reminds customers when they are close to a reward or have one waiting, on their Wallet card or in the app, at most once a day. Their Wallet card can also nudge regulars who haven’t visited for about as long as usual.
These reminders are automatic. Your announcements are separate: you write them, and we check them before they go out.

How do I send a custom announcement?
Open Reminders and announcements in your dashboard, write your title and message, and choose when you’d like it to go. We check it and send it to your customers’ Wallet cards and the app.
