Reward progress that feels clear enough to complete

RewardLoop shows progress and rewards clearly in the app, then helps staff confirm redemptions at the till. Customers can also keep a scannable pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet without downloading RewardLoop, although the pass does not show live progress.

  • Clear reward progress in the customer app
  • Optional Welcome Head Start for the first reward
  • Reward action visible to staff when available
  • Confirmed reward redemption
  • Automatic nudges when directly relevant
  • Business dashboard to review activity
  • No additional hardware required

Customer progress

Show what is close

Customers can see progress towards their next reward inside the store experience.

Till-side reward

Confirm the reward

When staff give a reward, the owner screen confirms it and deducts that reward's threshold. Any surplus progress can remain towards the next reward.

Progress stays visible

Close-to-reward reminders keep customers aware of their progress and give a clear reason to return soon through the same store page they already use.

Rewards get redeemed

Reward-ready reminders prompt customers to come back and redeem, turning earned value into real repeat visits.

Owners keep control

Use the Data Hub to review repeat-visit patterns and improve your offers without adding another marketing tool.

Redeeming a reward

When a customer has a reward available, the owner screen shows the next action. After staff give the reward, RewardLoop confirms it and deducts the relevant reward threshold.

Give new loyalty members a reason to make their first purchase

Choose a starting amount for customers new to your store’s RewardLoop programme—meaning anyone with no previous RewardLoop purchase at your store. App users see the Head Start before visiting, and their first purchase that earns loyalty progress is added to it. Customers who join from your poster can use the same account in Wallet or the app, but live progress is shown only in the app.

  • Available on Essential, Starter and Growth.
  • Works with visits, drinks, spend, points and every supported progress type.
  • Always stays below the first reward, so at least one qualifying purchase is required.
  • Applies once per RewardLoop account at that store and never returns after progress is created or a reward is redeemed.
